There is one fee, and it is billed in Canadian dollars.
One charge, and it falls as the sale grows.
It is charged on lots that sell to an online bidder, with a $250 monthly minimum. There is no licence at any seat count, no per bid fee, and nothing added after the fact.

Banded on the hammer of a single sale, so a large dispersal pays a lower rate than a weekly consignment sale.

HiBid rates are transcribed from their published pricing page as at August 2026. The bid fee caps at 600 bids, which a 300 lot sale passes on the first morning. Card authentication, catalogue only listings and real estate event fees are left out, and putting them back widens the gap.
The licence
Their tiers step up with the number of staff who need a login. Ours does not exist.
Run your own numbersThe licence, by seat count.
Clerks, cataloguers and office staff each need an account to do their part of a sale, so this is the charge that grows with the house rather than with the hammer.

| One | USD 95 | Included |
| Two to five | USD 145 | Included |
